  • Ultrasonographic diagnostics of pain in the lateral cubital compartment and proximal forearm

    PubMed Central

    Nowicki, Paweł

Pain in the lateral compartment of the elbow joint and decreased power of the extensor muscle constitute a fairly usual clinical problem. These symptoms, occurring in such movements as inverting and converting the forearm, pushing, lifting and pulling, mostly alter people who carry out daily activities with an intense use of wrist, e.g. work on laptop. Strains in this area often result from unyielding overload and degeneration processes of the common extensor tendon and the radial collateral ligament. Similar symptoms resulting from the compression of deep branch of the radial nerve in radial nerve tunnel should be remembered as good. It happens that both conditions occur simultaneously. A proper diagnosis is vital in undertaking an efficient treatment. Ultrasonography is a non-invasive method and the application of high-end apparatus with heads of frequencies exceeding 12 MHz allows for a precise evaluation of joint structures, tendons and ne

Demi Moore’s Secret Grief: First Husband — Who She Cheated On The Night Before They Married — Dies

Shannon Guyton, who co-authored Moore's autobiography, It’s Not a Rumour: A Rock and Roll Journey Through Life and Alzheimer’s, told his presence was felt throughout the ceremony.

“He was just an extraordinary person,” she said. “There was some singing… and I remember feeling him just right there. Music was always there with him all the way to the end. Melody was just his soul.”

Renee told Moore’s’ brain was donated to researchers at UCLA where they both spent years trying various treatments to stave off the debilitating effects of the mind-eating disease. The rest of his remains were harvested for those in need.

“Everything was donated,” Renee said. “Everything that could be used was used to conserve somebody or help somebody else, a burn victim for example or somebody else because he believed in helping others.”
