PRIDE DAY AT THE CALGARY STAMPEDE
Celebrate diversity and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community at Calgary Stampede's Pride Time Saturday, July 5! Nashville North from p.m.
Nashville North will be rocking rainbow boots on Saturday, July 5 from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m., welcoming the 2SLGBTQIA+ community for an afternoon filled with pride, entertainment and western fun at the 12th annual Pride Day supported by BMO, Mott's and WCD.
From cheeky name tags to drag performances and line dancing lessons, and the presentation of our Western Trailblazer Award presented by BMO, Pride Night at Nashville North will be the place to be.
Pride Day is free with admission to Stampede Park.

Get your rainbow boots ready, Pride Day supported by BMO, Mott’s and WCD is back at the Calgary Stampede! Nashville North is the place to be on Saturday, July 6 with Canada’s Performative Race winner and pop star Queen Priyanka headlining Pride Day. Pride Afternoon is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and allies to celebrate and like the Stampede together.
Pride Date at the Calgary Stampede began in when Charles Macmichael invited some friends from the 2SLGBTQIA+ people to join him at Nashville North. What started as a gathering of friends has, within a decade, grown from a group of 20 to nearly 3, attendees.

Held annually in late August, the celebration features a colourful procession through downtown Calgary and a high-energy festival at Prince’s Island Park.
