Prince Sauna
Ordinary place, good experience
The place is easy to reach through the MRT. Then you call them and they fetch you. I went on a lazy Sunday evening without reservation. There was only one masseur available - Marcus. The room was average with a very average bathroom. First, they ask you to shower. Then you hang around waiting. Then Marcus came and removed the towel from my waist and asked me to be situated down face down. Covered me with the towel. The first part of the massage is acupressure on the back, neck, arms. Gets quite intense and helps soothe all muscles. Marcus was quite strong and complied with the request to urge hard. Then he moved to the lower body. First the buttocks. Then the upper legs. Then he moved to the lower legs and did a good job with that. Once done, he proceeded with the Body to Body part. The price for mins was NT , I deliberate, and I gave him NT as tips - though he never asked for it. Overall, great and pleasant experience with no hassles whatsoever. However, the place could be a bit better in terms of general feeling of cleanliness and quality. I
It is Friday nighttime. Down one passage of a engaged shopping and amusement district of Seoul, young men shift through what show up to be closed doors of a dilapidated building. Whatever strains or pressures life may bring, the sauna can be a place of independence, as I discovered in one such for gay men.

K-pop is all the rage. Having traveled extensively across Asia together over the last few years, the one thing we’ve noticed is how popular K-pop is in every gay scene on the continent. It’s a craze that has taken over. For example, in the DJ Station gay club of gay Bangkok, an entire floor is now dedicated to K-pop that plays all night long. The alike at the G* Club in gay Taipei.
The gay scene in Seoul is no different. Here at the home of K-pop, gay bars/clubs like Ground and Ping are dedicated to this distinct pop music genre, with queues outside stretching for several blocks with guys eager to get in and show off their K-pop choreos and formation changes.
And we love it! There’s a cutesy infectious charm to it. The dance moves are easy to pick up so you can join in.
