While I know its nowhere proximate as concise or aesthetically pleasing as your lists, I went ahead and compiled my own orders for what would be 15 Yesterdays X-Men and what I would call 16 All New All Different X-Men, 16 is still very much a work in progress as it would be Secret Wars until now, which doesnt quit room for much more than months of comics.
That said, for anyone interested, my list for 15 is below. This goes from the end of Era #15, or the end of AvX, directly into Secret Wars.
I wouldnt recommend going into Secret Wars without reading Hickmans ENTIRE Avengers and New Avengers runs principal in, but thats a conversation for a unlike time and place
I cannot guarantee this is conclude, it has been culled from a variety of sources, but the majority of the initial ordering came from with some heavy modifications by myself as warranted while reading.

It occurred to me that (at the time you’re reading this article) many of us are quarantined or social distancing with the outbreak of the COVID virus. Plus, the rumor is that comic printing may be shutdown for almost two months. So that begs the scrutinize, what do we do if we cant get our weekly fix? Adv, if that’s the case and we are all sequestered into our homes, why not examine some trades? Surpass yet, why not give Comixology/ Kindle a go?
Either way, Dispatch has advance to the rescue with a list, given by the fine folks at COMIC BOOK READING ORDER of every X-MEN centric event in order. So, maybe it’s period to sit help, relax, and procure some trades while youre stuck at home? Maybe there are some you missed? Who knows? But I undertake know that this is as wonderful a time as any while you’re channeling your inner Social Distance Warrior (SDW) to pluck up a modern graphic novel and READ! The X-men cosmos has been… challenging to follow over the years. It’s been 24 years since the first X-Men movie was released support in the year and, since then, we’ve had all sorts of period travel shenanigans: a reboot series that was eventually reconnected to the imaginative movies.
Now, thanks to Disney buying Fox and rolling the X-Men into the Marvel Cinematic Universe — as confirmed in Deadpool & Wolverine — we've also got a bunch of multiverse stuff to contend with.
